This is a very good interpretation of Outlands. If you want a percentage for how close it is, i would say around 80-85%. But this is from memory rather than side by side comparison. This might sound critical of Astral, but thats really not the case or my intention at all. In fact, quite the opposite.
Astral is a more easily wearable and easygoing version. Outlands has more complexity and nuance, but it’s not an easy wear and it’s divisive.
Astral is by far the best interpretation of Outlands that I’ve tried, albeit lighter and an easier wear.
