Returns
To initiate the return process, kindly reach out to us via email at contact@sonaparfums.com
We gladly accept returns within 14 days for either a refund or an exchange. We understand that customers may want to test a few sprays before deciding, but please be aware that we cannot accept bottles that have been used beyond this extent, or beyond our 14-day policy. Such items will be sent back to you. Where a refund has been requested, we will refund in full per bottle in line with your order and any offers used. Please be aware that return shipping costs of £3.50 are deducted from your refund if successful. Alternatively you may ship the return to us at your own expense.
Keep in mind that products purchased as part of a bundle set must be returned as a complete set to qualify for a refund. Otherwise, we can only facilitate an exchange. For more detailed information, feel free to get in touch with our Customer Services Team at contact@sonaparfums.com
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@sonaparfums.com.
Exchanges
We can only accommodate this option once per order.
Items must be sent back at the customers expense.
Items received as part of a promotional offer cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. If a free item was included in your initial order and returning part or all of the order makes you ineligible for the free item, you must return the free item along with the other items to be refunded. Failure to return the free item will result in a deduction of its full retail value from your refund. The free item should be returned unused.
Kindly refrain from sending returns to the address listed on the website, as they will be sent back to you. This address is meant for office purposes. We strongly advise using a tracked shipping service when returning items to us. If you’ve emailed us and haven’t received a response, please check your spam folder.
Where is my exchange or refund?
Please verify on your return tracking receipt whether we have received the return, and provide us with a copy of the receipt. Return processing generally takes around a week from the time we receive the items. We cannot take responsibility for returns lost by your chosen courier during the return transit.
Sale items
When purchasing discounted products during sales, such as “buy 2 get 1 free” or “buy one get one fifty percent off,” all items must be returned to qualify for a full refund. Opting to return only one item while keeping another, for example, will result in a refund amount adjusted proportionally to the original sale price.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Due to periods of high demand, lid colours may vary. This has no other bearing on the product and refunds will not be accepted for this reason.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
